Leica SP2 LSCM
The Leica SP2 is a laser scanning confocal microscope. Three lasers are used for excitation, an Ar ion laser with 488nm excitation and two HeNe lasers, one for 543nm, one for 633nm excitation. Epi-fluorescent and reflected light are filtered via a spectral processor.
