Variable pressure SEM able to work at gas pressures up to 300Pa. The microscope is equipped with an Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectrometer for elemental microanalysis. The microscope has a Robinson series 6 BSED that allows TV rate imaging in both the variable pressure and high vacuum modes. The microscope may be run at accelerating voltages from 0.3 to 30kV and the resolution of this microscope is 3.0nm at 25kV.
